Cuvelier Yves Fruit (Borgloon)
Fourteen years ago, director Yves Cuvelier founded Cuvelier Yves Fruit, located in Borgloon. As a son of fruit growers, he grew up between the apple and pear trees and the passion for the trade grew steadily.
2012
ASF Holland
In 2012, Cuvelier Yves Fruit merged with ASF Holland and the company ASF Belgium was founded. While ASF Holland focused on soft fruit, ASF Belgium focused on hard fruit.
2016
Move to Sint-Truiden
Four years later there was a move to Sint-Truiden - the heart of the fruit culture - and at the same time a substantial expansion of the team. Since then, modern refrigeration technology and spacious storage space are available.
2017
Continue on our own
The cooperation between ASF Holland and ASF Belgium was terminated after five years. Both parties are still working together, but decided to continue on their own two feet.
2021
Cuvelier Fruit
From January 1st, 2021, ASF Belgium will continue under the name Cuvelier Fruit, with a new look and a renewed website. The main activity, i.e. import and export of fruit and vegetables, will remain unchanged.
Mission
Cuvelier Fruit is specialized in wholesale and focuses on the import and export of fruit and vegetables. Thanks to an extensive network of reliable partners, we strive every day to market healthy and good quality products. In addition, we try to get the fruit of our loyal growers to the consumer in the most efficient way possible. We supply Belgian supermarkets, wholesalers and food services.
